To file an application for assistance click on the Application link below. You can fill the form out and then print and
mail to the address on the form with the documents required (see below). You can also fax ALL documents to
702-233-0122.
Please provide a copy of latest mortgage statement, tax bill or deed to provide proof of ownership of residence (renters
are not eligible for this fund).
Birth certificate(s) to certify children under the age of 5 . Or a doctors letter indicating current pregnancy.
Last 2 months pay stubs with itemized deductions or last years tax return to provide proof of income level.
All information is confidential and will only be viewed by representatives of Clayre's Pool Fence Fund and Safe Kids of
Clark County.
We will be using the current U S Government Poverty Level Guidelines for acceptance for installation of safety fences
and/or other accessories. If you do not qualify for fencing we may still be able to help you to obtain discounts from
fencing providers and hardware to upgrade your existing pool fences.
